Japanese Box Lunch line-up Part 4

It is rainy season.

My husband knocks  about 100 doors in a day ,to the door-to-door sales work .

My daughter engages in the care of livestock and agriculture from morning to evening .

What just I can do is making box lunch.

Seasoning of Kinpira ; soy sauce,mirin,a little red pepper,roasted sesame seeds

Point of how to cook Kinpira; to cook it until the liquid has almost been absorbed
